maybe we just all need a break sometimes. get away from all the stupid things that make life so wonderful and yet so horrible. because what makes you feel all good about yourself, can always turn around and stab you in the back. always.

so we got back our results on friday. i cant say im happy about them, although some people think i should be. i guess i shouldnt be one to complain, seeing as how yet again i decided to start watching a new series of anime at the start of exams, and didnt study until 3 days before.

chem: 75.56
history: 75.38
math: 67.5
eng: 80
chinese b: 85
points: 39
surprises surprises. i scored well in subjects i usually do average in, and did badly for subjects i usually do well in. so much for counting on math and chem to get me at least a 43.
based on two experiments, i now conclude that anime is conducive to bio mugging. but is absolutely horrible for studying anything else. maybe i should actually study for once.

on a happier note. tony’s house is absolutely awesome. and its well suited for him, with all those corners for stoning. and of course the guitars strewn on his bedroom floor, including the totally awesome new ibanez. joshua lim you must invite me over next holidays.

edit: i really should have brought my camera today. there were so many things to shoot while we were walking around joshua’s housing estate. like this.
